Ice Cream Sandwich Chocolate and Strawberry "Cake"

Ok, ready for one of the easiest and yet tastiest summertime desserts possible?

Take two ice cream sandwiches and put fresh sliced strawberries between them and top with whipped cream. What could be easier? And what could be sweeter?


Why I'd Make This Recipe Again
The chocolate of the cookie outside of the sandwiches compliments the strawberries. It's also why chocolate-dipped strawberries are so good.

It's Easy
